A professional career spanning over several years has seen Akin work for reputable companies in the construction and telecoms industry, in various capacities including site building, maintenance, technical site surveys, start-up meetings (SUM), hold-point schedules with clients and project management.

Before founding Field Infrastructure, he served as Lead Project Engineer at Greenwoods Global Links, where he supervised the construction of over 150 units of turnkey housing at Gwarimpa Housing Estate in Abuja, including the inter-estate roads.

At Likusasa Nigeria Ltd he served as Senior Project Manager, overseeing the construction of over 3,000 telecoms sites spread across the country. He also supervised the multi-million naira Mobile/Airtel switch building in the swamp of Iganmu, opposite Nigerian Brewery, Lagos.

He is a graduate of Civil Engineering with MBA from Lagos State University. He has attended various seminars and expos on logistics and construction.

He has vast experience in deploying site infrastructure for Likusasa Nigeria Ltd, where he led the massive construction of telecommunication sites all over the country. He was also involved in the Airtel Switch Building at Iganmu, and served as Project Manager at Globacom Nigeria Ltd, overseeing the rollout across Bayelsa State.

At Field Infrastructure, Ben is responsible for the overall coordination of all construction processes in the company — ensuring every site and building project is delivered to the highest engineering standards, on schedule and within budget.

A seasoned project engineer with deep expertise in structural site delivery and technical coordination across multiple high-value infrastructure projects.

Austin has been instrumental in field execution at Field Infrastructure, bringing rigorous engineering discipline and hands-on site leadership to every project he oversees.

His work spans both the building and civil engineering sectors and telecoms infrastructure, making him a versatile and invaluable part of the technical delivery team.

Saheed oversees the operational backbone of Field Infrastructure — resource allocation, logistics, procurement and safety compliance across all active projects.

His systematic, process-driven approach has been a cornerstone in the company's expansion across multiple states, ensuring every project is resourced correctly and supply chains remain uninterrupted.

Saheed's focus on operational excellence ensures that Field Infrastructure's quality and safety standards are maintained consistently from Lagos to every state in which the company operates.

Adeniyi drives business development, client relationships and commercial strategy at Field Infrastructure. His extensive network spans both the telecoms and construction sectors.

He has been a key figure in securing and maintaining the company's blue-chip client portfolio — including MTN Nigeria, Airtel, Globacom, First Bank, Helios Tower and MRS Oil & Gas.

Adeniyi's commercial acumen ensures that Field Infrastructure remains competitive, well-positioned for new opportunities and deeply trusted by its long-standing clients.
